The Multiple Composite Scenarios (MCS) is a novel methodology for game-based mental health prevention that integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Prevention Intervention (PI) principles into structured, immersive gameplay. Designed to foster protective factors and mitigate the consequences produced by exposure to risk factors associated with mental disorders, MCS enables the development of serious games that promote cognitive restructuring, emotional regulation, and adaptive behavioural change. By incorporating scenario-driven learning, interactive storytelling, and real-time feedback, MCS provides an engaging, evidence-based approach to mental well-being that is both scalable and accessible.
We invite you to explore our most recent projects to learn more about how MCS is being applied.
